ANJAY_DTLS_DEFAULT_UDP_HS_TX_PARAMS

Default handshake retransmission params recommended by the DTLS specification (RFC 6347), i.e: 1s for the initial response, growing exponentially (with each retransmission) up to maximum of 60s.
