AVS_COMMONS_WITH_INTERNAL_LOGS

Enables logging inside avs_commons.

Requires AVS_COMMONS_WITH_AVS_LOG to be enabled.

If this macro is not defined at avs_commons compile time, calls to avs_log will not be generated inside avs_commons components.
