ANJAY_WITH_MODULE_BG96_NIDD

Enable bg96_nidd module (implementation of NB-IoT-based NIDD driver for Quectel BG96).

Requires ANJAY_WITH_NIDD to be enabled.

IMPORTANT: Only available as part of the NIDD commercial feature. Ignored in the open source version.
