ANJAY_MAX_HOLDOFF_TIME
Maximum holdoff time in seconds.
This parameter defines an upper limit on the Hold Off Time as specified in the LwM2M Security Object (Object ID: 0, Resource ID: 11). The Hold Off Time is used by the LwM2M Client to delay initiating a Bootstrap process.
Limiting the Hold Off Time is important in network environments where prolonged delays may cause NAT bindings to expire, potentially leading to failed connection attempts. This parameter ensures that the configured Hold Off Time does not exceed a safe threshold. If a DTLS binding with Connection ID is used this parameter can be increased safely.
If editing this file manually,
20shall be replaced with a positive integer literal representing the time in seconds. The default value defined in CMake build scripts is 20.
