ANJAY_WITHOUT_TLV

Disable support for TLV format as specified in LwM2M TS 1.0.

NOTE: LwM2M Client using LwM2M 1.0 MUST support this format. It may be disabled if LwM2M 1.1 is used and SenML JSON or SenML CBOR is enabled.
